Dokumentasjonskravene knyttet til virksomheten
Det må fremlegges dokumentasjon på den næringsdrivendes kompetanse og rolle i virksomheten. Det må videre fremlegges en nøyaktig beskrivelse av virksomhetens art, finansierings og budsjettplaner og regnskap dersom dette foreligger. Det må også fremlegges forhåndsuttalelse om at nødvendige tillatelser fra annen myndighet vil bli gitt. jf. utlendingsforskriften § 6-18 annet ledd.
Kravene er nærmere presisert i rundskrivet:
• dokumentasjonen på utdanning som inneholder opplysninger om utdanningens varighet, nivå og innholdet og/eller dokumentasjonen på yrkesfaring som inneholder detaljerte opplysninger fra tidligere arbeidsgivere om arbeidsforholdets varighet, opplæring, arbeidsoppgaver og søkerens kvalifikasjoner.

• autorisasjon/godkjenning fra relevant fagmyndighet, dersom søknaden gjelder arbeid i et regulert yrke.

• nøyaktig beskrivelse av virksomhetens art, inkludert søkerens vurdering av markedet og salgspotensialet for produktet/tjenesten og søkerens rolle i virksomheten.

• eventuell nødvendig tillatelse fra offentlig myndighet eller forhåndstilsagn om slik tillatelse.

• dokumentasjon på det økonomiske grunnlaget for driften. Ved nyetablering: finansierings og budsjettplaner. Ved videreføring av eksisterende næringsvirksomhet: regnskap

must be submitted documentation on the trader's expertise and role in the business. It must also be submitted to an accurate description of the nature of business, finance and budget plans and financial statements if available. There must also be submitted prior statement that necessary permission from another authority will be given. cf. the Immigration Regulations § 6-18, second paragraph.
