Blant arbeidsoppgavene som gjøres i en bedrift, er det noen som må utføres mer eller mindre kontinuerlig, mens andre oppgaver holder det å gjøre med visse mellomrom. Da kan man spørre seg om arbeidsgiveren har lov til å dele opp arbeidsoppgavene i bedriften på den måten at de fast ansatte gjør de oppgavene som må utføres kontinuerlig, mens resten av arbeidsoppgavene, nemlig de oppgavene som kommer opp med visse mellomrom, kan utføres av midlertidig ansatte.

Rubrikken for oppsigelsestid var utfylt med «1 mnd».
