Dette kapittelet inneholder en analyse av de delene av funnet spesifisert i kapittel 3.1. Rekkefølgen av delene følger rekkefølgen i Gjessings artikkel. For kaprunen, kofta, skjorta og broka vil teksten være delt opp i kategoriene stoff, snitt, sømmer og dekor. I de første avsnittene stoff, snitt og sømmer vil alle deler unntatt dekorelementer inngå. Når det gjelder disse avsnittene vil jeg hovedsakelig følge den oppdelingen som er beskrevet under metode, men jarekanter vil også nevnes under sømmer da disse har relevans også her. For kofta sin del vil varpskillene nevnes under snitt, fordi de brukes aktivt for å bestemme dette.
Tekstene for de andre delene vil ha en varierende oppdeling tilpasset den enkelte del.
