Respektive innkjøper bestemmer hvilke av de leverandører, som han/hun har ansvar for, som skal evalueres. Innkjøperen bestemmer også med hvilken frekvens evalueringen skal skje (individuelt pr leverandør). Utvalg og frekvens baseres på innkjøpsverdi, om leverandøren er ny, hvordan leverandøren har fungert, kritisk leverandør etc. Utvalg og frekvens evalueres for aktuell periode.

Routine:Respective purchaser determines which of the vendors, which he/she has responsibility for, to be evaluated. The purchaser also determines the rate at which the evaluation is to occur (individually per provider). Range and frequency will be based on the purchase value, whether the vendor is new, how the vendor worked out, critical vendor etc. Range and frequency is evaluated for the current period.
