Samtlige tilfeller skal avviksrapport skrives i Univern AS` intranett; Stamina Interaktiv Database, så raskt som
mulig av respektive innkjøper, produktsjef eller logistikksjefen. Informasjon om sakens forløp fylles
fortløpende inn i avviksrapporten. Alternativt kan avviksrapporten fylles ut i papirform (se skjema 03.01
”Avviksrapport”) til kvalitets-/miljøsjefen for analysering og forslag til forebyggende tiltak.

Resultater (engelsk) 1:

All cases to nonconformance report is written in Univern AS's intranet; Stamina Interactive Database, as quickly aspossible by the respective purchaser, product manager or Logistics Manager. Information about the pipeline filledin the variance report. Alternatively, the nonconformance report filled out in paper form (see form Jan. 3rd"Nonconformance report") to the quality-/environmental Chief of the analysis and proposals for preventive measures.

All cases deviation report printed in Univern AS` intranet; Stamina Interactive Database, as quickly as
possible of the respective purchaser, product manager or logistics manager. Information about the case proceeding filled
consecutively into deviation report. Alternatively deviation report completed in paper form (see form 3.1
"Deviation") for quality / environmental director of analysis and proposals for preventive measures.

continuously into the discrepancy report. Alternatively, deviation report is filled out in the paper form (see diagram 03.01
"Discrepancy Report") to quality-/environment manager for analysis and suggestions for preventive measures.
