Konsekvenser av vedtaket
Dette vedtaket innebærer at søkeren må forlate Norge/Schengen.
Frist for å forlate Norge-Schengen (utreisefrist): 6.10.2015
Dersom søkeren har en gyldig tillatelse i et annet Schengenland, eller et statsborger i en stat med bilateral visumfrihetsavtale med et annet Schengenland, har han eller hun rett til å reise dit. Men om søkeren ikke har slik tillatelse og heller ikke er omfattet av slik visumfrihetsavtale, må han eller hun forlate hele Schengenområdet.
Dersom søkeren klager innen klagefristen, har søkeren rett til å oppholde seg men klagen er til behandling.
Dersom søkeren ikke klager på avslaget før klagefristen utløper, og heller ikke overholder utreisefristen, skal politiet iverksette vedtaket uten unødig opphold.

Søkerens identitet er dokumentert ved hjemlandets pass jf. Utlendingsforskriften § 10-2 annet ledd. Dokumentet er ikke verifisert.

The deadline for leaving Norway-Schengen (departure deadline) 06.10.2015
If the applicant holds a valid permit in another Schengen country, or a citizen of a state with a bilateral visa waiver agreement with a another Schengen country, he or she has the right to go there. But if the applicant does not have such a permit nor covered by such a visa waiver agreement, he or she must leave the entire Schengen area.
If the applicant complains within the appeal deadline, the applicant has the right to reside but the complaint is pending.
If the applicant is not complaining about the refusal before appeal deadline expires, nor comply with the departure deadline, the police implement the decision without delay.
