Consequences of the decision
This decision means that the applicant must leave Norway / Schengen.
The deadline for leaving Norway-Schengen (departure deadline) 06.10.2015
If the applicant holds a valid permit in another Schengen country, or a citizen of a state with a bilateral visa waiver agreement with a another Schengen country, he or she has the right to go there. But if the applicant does not have such a permit nor covered by such a visa waiver agreement, he or she must leave the entire Schengen area.
If the applicant complains within the appeal deadline, the applicant has the right to reside but the complaint is pending.
If the applicant is not complaining about the refusal before appeal deadline expires, nor comply with the departure deadline, the police implement the decision without delay.

The applicant's identity is evidenced by his national passport cf. the Immigration Regulations § 10-2 second paragraph. The document has not been verified.
