Yeketi Lawans organisatoriske leder

Yeketi Lawans organisatoriske leder åpner landsmøtet og ønsker alle velkommen. Møtet starter med nasjonalsangen og et minutts stillhet.
Sentralstyreleder Parshang Khnouri holdt deretter tale hvor hun kort fortalte om når Yeketi Lawan ble dannet og hvilke oppgaver organisasjonen har. Deretter fortalte hun om hva sentralstyret har hatt fokus på under deres to år.
Deltakere på møtet var sentralstyre medlemmer, styremedlemmer fra lokallagene Trøndelag, Østfold og Oslo & Akershus, samtlige medlemmer av Yeketi Lawan. Samt gjester fra det kurdiske demokratiske partiet i Norge og den kurdiske kvinne foreningen.
Gjestene fra det kurdiske demokratiske partiet og den kurdiske kvinne foreningen holdt tale, hvor de viste deres vilje til hjelp og støtte og samarbeid med Yeketi Lawan. De forlot deretter landsmøtet og landsmøtet ble offisielt åpnet.

Møtets andre del var en gjennomgang av godkjenning av innkalling og dagsorden, men ettersom ½ deler av Yeketi Lawans medlemmer ikke var tilstede på møtet kunne ikke landsmøtet bli godkjent og et ekstraordinært landsmøte måtte til. For å komme fram til en best mulig løsning på situasjonen skapte vi en diskusjon omkring det.
Et av forslagene var at et nytt styre skulle bli valgt, men at det nye styret skulle få 6 måneder på seg til å holde et ekstraordinært landsmøte. Dette ble enstemmig godkjent fra landsmøtets deltakere.

Årsrapport fra 2013 og 2014 ble deretter lest opp av Parisa Khnourietterfulgt av en oversikt over Yeketi Lawans regnskap av DlerKhurshidi.

Møtets tredje del bestod av forslag av møtets deltakere som sentralstyret skulle ta være på og sende videre inn til det nykommene styret. Noen av forslagene som ble mottatt var; ha bedre kontakt med andre ungdomsorganisasjoner, samle inn klær og diverse til Kurd channel/Yeketi Lawan i Kurdistan, ha bedre kontakt med lokallagene og besøke de oftere enn det som har blitt gjort og bidra i å fremme den kurdiske saken mer.

Sentralstyret takket for seg, deretter ble det valg av et nytt styre. Kandidaturene som stilte til valgt presenterte seg og kort fortalte om hvorfor de vil jobbe i styret.

Yeketi Lawans organizational Manager opens the National Congress and would like all welcome. The meeting will start with the national anthem and a minute's silence. Central Parshang Khnouri Chairman of the Board then held a speech in which she briefly told me about when Yeketi Lawan was formed and what tasks the Organization has. Then she told me about what the Central Committee has been focusing on during their two years. Participants at the meeting were Central Executive Committee members, Board members from local teams, Norway, Østfold and Oslo and Akershus, all members of the Yeketi Lawan. As well as guests from the Kurdish Democratic Party in Norway and the Kurdish women's Institute. Guests from the Kurdish Democratic Party and the Kurdish women's Institute held a speech, where they showed their willingness to help and support and collaboration of the Yeketi Lawan. They then left the National Congress and the Congress was officially opened. The meeting's second part was a review of the approval of the notice and the agenda, but as ½ parts of the Yeketi Lawans members were not present at the meeting could not be approved and the National Congress an extraordinary National Convention had to to. In order to arrive at the best possible solution to the situation we created a discussion about it. One of the suggestions was that a new Board would be elected, but that the new Board would be given 6 months to hold an extraordinary National Congress. This was unanimously approved from the meeting's participants. Annual report from the 2013 and 2014 were then read out by Parisa Khnourietterfulgt of an overview of the Yeketi Lawans accounting of DlerKhurshidi. The meeting's third part consisted of suggestions by the meeting's participants that the Central Executive Committee was going to catch on and send further into to the nykommene Board of Directors. Some of the suggestions that were received were; have better contact with other youth organisations, collecting clothing and miscellaneous to Kurd channel/Yeketi Lawan in Kurdistan, have better contact with the local teams and visit the more frequently than has been done and help in promoting the Kurdish matter more. The Central Executive Committee thanked for them, then it was the election of a new Board of Directors.
