HeiVi trenger å scanne bilag til vå

Vi trenger å scanne bilag til vår regnskapsfører men vi sliter med å nå epostadressen [e-mail] fra den ene av våre skannere.
Jeg har forsøkt nå min private adresse og det går fint. Jeg har forsøkt å nå [e-mail] og den går ikke bra.

Den scanneren vi sliter å sende scann ut av huset med er MP4503. (MP4502 går derimot helt smertefritt og må ikke få endret instillinger).

Resultater (engelsk) 1:

HiWe need to scan documents to our accountant but we are struggling to reach the email address [e-mail] from one of our scanners.I have tried now my private address, and it runs fine. I have tried to reach [e-mail] and it's not okay.The scanner we struggle to send the scann out of the House with is MP4503. (MP4502 on the other hand goes completely pain-free and must not have changed the settings).
