Purchaser keeps the Logistics Manager and product manager informed of the result. Vendors that are considered bad to only continue as a supplier for us if they give us credible promises and measures about improvement, and that we can see the clear improvements within an acceptable period of time. The Manager may decide to keep a bad supplier if he has a reason for that. The results of the evaluation are stored in a separate Binder "Vendor evaluation" with the purchaser and logistics Chief.
